9 years

We look so young!

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 9 years. ♥ In honor of those years, following is a list of one fun thing from each year.

1. We spent Thanksgiving with my brothers. We had a great time - staying up late with my brother and sister-in-law, telling stories and laughing our heads off.

2. In December, Rusty and I flew to Taiwan for a two week visit. It was a dream come true for me to take my husband home. We had an absolutely wonderful time!

3. Rusty took his first turn on being the commissioner for his fantasy football league. Yes, fantasy football is a huge deal in our family. LOL!

4. In October, I finally got to go to a Notre Dame football game with Rusty. Some friends got tickets for the Notre Dame vs. Navy game and took us along with them. It was a windy chilly day, but we had a great time!

5. We went to Kansas City to see my family in June to celebrate my parent's 40th anniversary. This was the first time my family had been all together since my wedding. It was wonderful.

6. I happened upon some Taiwanese cooking classes in the fall. Rusty was thrilled, since it means that he gets to eat delicious home-cooked Taiwanese food. Yummy!

7. We spent a wonderful long weekend in West Virginia for our anniversary. Rusty enjoyed creating roaring fires while I took dozens of photos of birdes flying up to eat from the cabin's birdhouses.

8. An adorable little kitten joined our family in October...Gus! We love that little guy. ♥

9. The last nine years certainly haven't been perfect, but they have been wonderful nonetheless. Thank you, baby, for everything.
