Friday Five

1.  I love made up words. Well, I love them if they are intentionally funny and clever. For instance, I love shortened words, like ridonk (instead of ridiculous). Or taking two words and making the one, like fantabulous (fantastic and fabulous). Also, I love silly puposeful misspellings like poifect (instead of perfect).

2.  Dear Weather,

I would like for it to be spring already. It’s time to put away the coats and scarves. Please comply with my wishes.

3.  I may or may not be feeling like I’m dying of sugar deprivation. I’m not even exaggerating. To be specific, I want cookies, cake, pie, donuts, and wild black cherry Italian ice from Rita’s. So maybe only the last one is actually specific. Whatevs. I can’t be expected to form rational thoughts when I’m craving sugar like this.

4.  Do you watch American Idol? I love Casey. He is so different! He was almost booted off last week, but the judges saved him. I must say, I like his mini makeover this week. He looks much better with shorter hair and closely trimmed beard. You can actually see his face! As Randy Jackson said of his performance this week, 'That was so tender, Dude.' I'm happy to say that he was safe this week!

5. I bought my first Christmas present today. Yay me! :)
