This is a wonderful Spanish dish with a garlicky sauce. We love to have extra sauce to dip bread in.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 loaf crusty bread, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large, heavy skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, crushed red pepper, and paprika and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
2. Season the shrimp with salt, add to the skillet and cook until opaque, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Serve with bread.

Ok, yum!! I can't wait to try it some time!
