This is a super easy dessert to make. The pumpkin flavor is light and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tub (8 oz) frozen light whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin spice with a wire whisk for 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Whisk in pumpkin.
3. Fold in half of whipped topping.
4. Spread in crust.
5. Top with remaining whipped topping and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
