Tapas: White Beans with Sage

I've made a wonderful and easy Spanish tapas meal a handful of times. In addition to White Beans with Sage, I make Eggs Flamenco and Sizzling Shrimp with Garlic Chili Oil.

* This is a quick side dish of delicious and creamy beans.

Ingredients:
1 can small white beans
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced
Salt and pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Directions:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine beans, broth, sage, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken broth is almost gone, stirring occasionally.

2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chives. Serve.
