There is a particular fast food chain that has what I believe is a newish slogan. And I think it is dumb. The restuarant, that shall remain nameless, slogan is this:
You know when it's real
Really? That does not make any sense! Maybe it is just me, but I think it begs the question...when was it not real? Or are they suggesting that all the other fast food places have food that is not real? Every time I hear a commercial with the tag, you know when it's real, I cringe with the awfulness of it! Anyone else?
The one that bugs me is "Waaay better than fast food." It is fast food, how can something be better than itself? Doesn't make sense! LOL
