My Friday

I spent my day off waiting on the cable guy to get to my house; install a new modem; come back to my house after the internet connection went down twice within five minutes of him leaving; work on the box outside and run a new cable line; wait on another cable guy/tech; and work some more on the box outside. Basically, the box with wiring outside of our house has been hit (probably by our old neighbor) damaging things a bit, and time/weather has further erroded things. Now we wait up to two weeks for the next group of guys that will bury our new cable line. I know, you wish this could be the way you spend your days off. But it's just mine. All mine.
