Roasted Brussells Sprouts

* Within the last year, I realized how much I love Brussells sprouts - especially when roasted. They end up all carmalized and sweet. Yum!
* You can use any herbs you want - dried or fresh - or find an herbed oil. My favorite oil to use with this is Wegmans' Basting Oil, with Garlic and Herbs.

Ingredients:
1 pound Brussells sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Herbs (parsley and thyme)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Brussels sprouts, herbs, and oil in large bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.

2. Roast on center rack of oven 25-30 min, turning once, until slightly browned and tender when pierced with knife tip.

  1. OOO!!! I love this dish. I usually do about 15 minutes at 425, but it's the same idea. And it's so easy!

  3. I. LOVE. BRUSSELL. SPROUTS. Roasted is definitely one of my favorites, although my MIL has a sweet & sour recipe (with BACON) that is to die for. YUM!
